#4. Drink Sufficient Water - Water is the most underestimated fundamental left out of peoples inch and fat loss programme. Yet it is one of the most important. It flushes out unwanted toxins to speed up the weight loss process, plus it will help your organs function better. Aim to drink a minimum of 8 - 12 glasses every single day.

#5. Gym Membership Alternatives - If you can't afford a monthly gym membership payment there are lots of other alternatives. Buy a dvd to work out in your home or buy some second hand exercise equipment like a stationary bike. If you love the great outdoors go walking, running or cycling. There are no excuses to not exercise so try to do something active every day for best results, keep on moving!
