3) Stop eating late. No matter how healthy the kind of food you eat, you have to stop the habit of eating late at night. When you eat in the night, hardly is all the food you eat used to produce energy, much parts of the food is stored up as fat.
4) Finally, you have to eat the right foods. If you are on a weight loss diet, you should get the right balanced diet to help nourish your body and give it the right nutrition. you will also have to eat unprocessed carbohydrates instead of the sugary stuff you are so used to. Take more of proteins because they build your muscles. As someone on weight loss diets scheme, you should try as much as you can to avoid those fatty foods that succeed in making you consume more calories than you can burn.
