My Experience With Fat Loss 4 Idiots

Thank goodness I did not put off trying the shifting calories diet for long! I must say I wasn't too keen when my friend recommended this weight loss diet to me as I had been on a few diet programs before without any success.

But after ranting about my unsuccessful weight loss efforts and receiving comments recommending this fat loss 4 idiots diet, I decided to do more research. Most have good things to say about this dieting program so I decided to take the plunge, and boy was I glad I did!

To say I was shocked by the result would really be an understatement. When I started the fat loss 4 idiots program, I made it a point not to look at the weighing scale for the first 3 days for fear that I would be disappointed again. But human nature is such that curiosity always gets the better of you and I couldn't resist checking my weight after just 2 days...and boy was I in for a shocker! My weight dropped by almost 1.4kg!

I couldn't believe it! I thought my weighing scale was fooling me, so I switched it on and off and weighed myself again and again a few times. Still the scale showed the same weight! Not convinced, I ran over to my neighbor and borrowed her scale, and it gave the same reading!

Oh man was I excited. 1.4kg in 2 days? Losing 1.4kg after just 2 days has convinced me that I can fight the flab successfully! It might not be much to you, but having lost just 3kg in 2 years, I can assure you that this time sure feels much better!

I'm still on my 4th day of diet and couldn't wait to see the results when I have finished the whole course. This is really exciting time for me and already I am feeling much better. It might be psychological more than anything else, but what the heck! I'm entitled to being optimistic after so many failed attempts!

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this calorie shifting diet technique will be the one that can work for me. So far my experience with fat loss 4 idiots has been a good one, and I'm positive about my long term objective, which is to maintain my weight at 50kg.

Fat Loss Diets Don't Have To Be A Terrible Experience

You know you're overweight, you didn't have to have the doctor tell you must lose at least ten percent of your body weight; you're already tired, depressed and in pain a lot of the time and feel terrible about how you look. The problem is that fat loss diets don't work for you.

Either you get bored with all the restrictions, you can't lose weight no matter how many healthy foods you eat, or worst, you lose weight and then gain it all back. Unfortunately, these are all common experiences in the world of dieting.

Excess Weight Equals Emotional And Physical Baggage

Being even slightly overweight can take a huge mental toll on us in the days of being constantly bombarded by Hollywood's idea of "ideal". Being significantly overweight is disproportionately harder.

Unfortunately, depression can actually lead to overeating in a quest to find something to make us feel better, and in the end we just weigh more and feel worse.

Exercise is, of course, a terrific way to both lose weight and ease depression. But if you have no energy due to both your excess pounds and an unhealthy diet, you may be fairly unmotivated to move. Even if you do, you may be hard-pressed to see results.

This is why getting the right nutrition is so important. Losing excess weight is good for heart, joints, body image - you name it, it's good for it - without the right nutritional grounding every diet will ultimately fail and the most strenuous exercise won't do you any good.

Eating Healthy Is Good For Your Whole Body

The beauty of a healthy fat loss diet is that it doesn't just help you lose weight, but it increases your overall health. That is one that will help our liver process sugars more effectively, keep our cholesterol down, and offer more efficient processing of our food. This enables increased fat-burning even before we realize we have enough energy to get back on the treadmill.

This can actually be done by eating more than you're eating right now. What you're eating matters far more than how much you're eating. To lose that 10-percent and make your knees stop hurting and your breath burn in your lungs when you walk a single flight of stairs, you simply need to start eating the foods.

Organic Food Is the Best for Healthy Fat Loss Diets

It is true that people in the days before foods were processed, stripped of their nutrients, dyed, reformulated and "enhanced" with added sugar and salt, didn't live as long. However, this is because medical treatment was almost non-existent, not due to a lack of chemicals in their food.

The best evidence shows that things like high cholesterol and depression were also vanishingly rare. This because they ate single ingredient foods: grass-fed beef, whole organic eggs, fruits and vegetables - not processed juices that up the sugar and salt content - and grains that didn't have to have all the healthy bits milled off to make them edible.

The reason these foods help us burn fat - and build muscle - is because they are what our bodies are meant to eat. Consuming a metabolically balanced ratio of natural foods that we can digest naturally will provide energy throughout the day without the highs and lows of "energy bars," help us reach a healthy weight and add happy years to our lives. Getting the right advice on how to do this is almost as easy the diet itself.
